True to her demonstrated nature of passive discipline and invertebrate responses to toxicity in our school system, the recently-unleashed copy of the discipline memo between Dr. Roby and Mr. Johnson regarding his October tirade against an innocent GRPS parent is now making its rounds for public review. Local media got scooped by us here on this site, but they're now covering this as well on various outlets. Feel free to read it for yourself:
If you work in retail, service, or even a corporate role, you would not be able to threaten a customer, patron, or client the way Larry threatened Mr. Moore without losing your job, immediately in most cases. Now, imagine if you had done that to your boss.
Let's be clear: the taxpayers and parents are the bosses and the customers in this relationship. In GRPS' version of discipline (at least if you're Larry Johnson) you get a paid, three week vacation with your wife in charge while you're "gone" and a flimsy, toothless memo like this with zero punitive terms. And the worst part? It would be secret if not demanded by The People in a FOIA request.
Add to this latest infraction, as this site reviews thoroughly, his demonstrated history of conduct that easily comes close to or matches the same violations listed by Dr. Roby, and the question we must ask is:
Why in the hell is Larry still employed and how far will he have to go, who will he have to hurt, and how long will our kids have to suffer the risks of his sham regime before he is forced to retire or is terminated?
